AI security consulting and engineering

Secure the AI
you build, deploy
and operate.

Kyvor Security helps organizations assess and secure generative and agentic AI—from applications and retrieval pipelines to agent identities, tools and cloud deployments. We turn security findings into practical engineering priorities and evidence-backed decisions.

01 / Services

Assess. Remediate.
Sustain.

Start with a defined assessment, act on the findings, and keep reviewing as your AI changes. Each step is scoped separately.

01 — ASSESS

AI Agent Security
Baseline

A scoped, evidence-backed review of one agentic application: its architecture, identities, tools, data access, approval controls and investigation readiness. Typically two to three weeks after required evidence and access are available.

What the Baseline covers ↗
02 — REMEDIATE

Turn findings into
verified fixes

Separately scoped engineering support to address agreed findings, strengthen configurations and retest implemented controls. Changes, responsibilities and verification criteria are agreed before work begins.

Discuss remediation support ↗
03 — SUSTAIN

Review security as
your AI changes

Scheduled reviews of agreed changes, open findings and control evidence, with practical recommendations and a periodic report. Available after an initial assessment, subject to agreed scope and delivery capacity.

The starting point

AI Agent Security
Baseline.

A focused review of one agentic application and its agreed identities, tools and data connections. We examine architecture, access controls, tool and retrieval boundaries, approval paths, logging and incident readiness through configuration evidence, selected logs and interviews.

Read-only review by default. Active testing and implementation are separately authorized and scoped.

Scope your Baseline
One application · Read-only by default · Typically 2–3 weeks · Fixed fee after scoping

Typical starting scope: one application, one environment, up to three agents, five tools and two data sources. Final scope and fee depend on architecture and complexity.

02 / Areas of expertise

Specialist support,
scoped to your architecture.

Start with a defined assessment. Add specialist support where your architecture and risks require it. Each engagement is scoped around your systems, objectives and the evidence available.

A

AI Application Security

Architecture and trust-boundary reviews for LLM applications and agents, including input trust, sensitive-data exposure, guardrails and security logging.

B

Agent Identity and Access

Agent ownership, execution identities, credentials, least privilege, delegated authority, human approvals and revocation readiness.

C

RAG and Data Security

Retrieval permissions, source trust, ingestion controls, tenant boundaries and sensitive-data exposure across the retrieval pipeline.

D

MCP and Tool Security

Server and connector configuration, authentication, authorization, tool permissions and boundaries around agent actions.

E

AI Red Teaming and Validation

Separately authorized adversarial testing of agreed scenarios, with documented observations, limitations and remediation recommendations.

F

Secure AI Architecture and Deployment

Security design reviews and scoped engineering support for cloud configurations, deployment controls, secrets handling and operational visibility.

Scope, availability and delivery dates are confirmed during the scoping call. Active testing requires an agreed test plan and written authorization.

03 / Advisory and training

Build the practices
around secure AI.

Advisory engagements and workshops are scoped separately, with availability and delivery dates confirmed during the scoping call.

  • AI governanceOwnership, use-case intake, risk decisions and deployment gates.
  • Incident readinessEvidence requirements, response playbooks and tabletop exercises.
  • Practical trainingScoped workshops for engineering, security and leadership teams.
04 / How it runs

A clear scope.
A structured assessment.

Typically two to three weeks after required evidence, access and scheduling are available. Timing is confirmed during scoping.

STEP 1

Scope and authorize

A scoping call and intake fix which application, environment, agents, tools and data sources are in scope. Written authorization, then the evidence request.

STEP 2

Review evidence and validate findings

We reconstruct the inventory and assess controls from configuration evidence, selected logs and interviews. Draft findings are checked with your technical owner for accuracy.

STEP 3

Report and agree next actions

Final report, remediation register and a decision meeting with your sponsor to agree what happens next and who owns it.

05 / In practice

A helpful agent.
An excessive permission.

An agent that summarises a support ticket should not be able to export your customer database. Whether it can depends on the identity it runs under and whether the tool checks the task, not the prompt.

The Baseline reviews evidence of controls like this one: configuration, permissions, approval paths and logs. Demonstrating live behavior against your own systems requires separately authorized testing.

Illustrative simulation—not a live security test or a Kyvor enforcement product.

3

Blocked by tool authorisationThe export action is outside the task’s allowed permissions.
06 / Clear engagement boundaries

What is in scope,
and what is not.

Every engagement states what was reviewed, what was not, and what the evidence supports.

  • Assessment scopeThe Baseline is read-only by default. Findings reflect the agreed scope and available evidence; assessments do not provide certification or guarantee a vulnerability-free system.
  • Authorized testing and changesActive testing and implementation require explicit customer authorization and an agreed scope, with responsibilities and verification criteria defined before work begins.
  • Scheduled assuranceOngoing reviews follow an agreed schedule and scope. They do not include continuous monitoring or emergency response.
